This Privacy Policy is maintained by PikSign and explains how we handle information collected through the piksign.com website and through pilots of PikSign Detect. It is not a certification and does not replace the data processing terms in a signed customer agreement.
1. Information we collect
On the website, we collect only information you provide through forms (such as your name, business email, company and message). We do not require account creation to browse the site.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule pilots and provide requested materials. We do not sell personal information.
3. PikSign Detect deployments
PikSign Detect is designed to run inside the customer's environment — on-premise, in the customer's VPC, or fully air-gapped. In these deployments, documents and images processed for detection remain within the customer's infrastructure; PikSign does not receive or store that content. Specific data handling, retention and processor roles are defined in the executed customer agreement and Data Processing Addendum.
4. Cookies and analytics
The website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to operate. If we later add analytics, this page will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
5. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the website and enquiry data we hold. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to the address below.
