These Terms govern your access to and use of PikSign's website and the PikSign Detect product ("Services") provided by PikSign ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. This page is maintained by PikSign and is intended to answer common questions about acceptable use; it does not constitute a signed commercial agreement. Production deployments are governed by the Master Services Agreement executed with each customer.
1. Use of the Services
The website and demonstration materials are provided for evaluation and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to reverse engineer the detection models, probe or scan our infrastructure, or upload content you do not have the right to submit.
2. Customer agreements
Commercial use of PikSign Detect — including pilots, on-premise installations, VPC deployments and air-gapped deployments — is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, pricing, data handling, support and liability.
3. Intellectual property
The Services, including the PikSign name, logo, models, documentation and website content, are owned by PikSign and protected by applicable IP laws. No license is granted except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
4. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Detection outputs are decision-support signals intended to be reviewed by trained personnel and combined with other controls; they are not a substitute for human judgement or regulatory due diligence.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PikSign is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or evaluation materials. Liability for paid deployments is governed by the executed customer agreement.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
